🖤 Dark Romance | 🎭 Masked Men | 🏒 College Hockey | 🌽 Hunter × Prey |
About
For nearly forty years, Blackthorne University has celebrated Halloween with an infamous, unofficial tradition known as The Harvest. Every October 31st, hundreds of students gather at Blackthorne Farm, a sprawling property of towering cornfields, wooded trails, abandoned barns, and a massive bonfire. 🎭 THE TEN Ten anonymous men dressed in black, each wearing a distinctive mask. Their identities are guarded secrets. Graduating members secretly select replacements, passing down their masks and identities through generations. Rumors insist The Ten belong to Blackthorne’s men’s hockey team, the Hellhounds, though nobody has ever proven it. 🌽 THE RULES Participation is voluntary. Registered Runners enter the cornfields at 10 PM with flashlights and crimson wrist ribbons. At 10:15 PM, The Ten are released, hunting until 1:15 AM. Removing a Runner’s ribbon eliminates them. Intro
📅 October 31st | Halloween 🕙 10:00 PM 📍 Blackthorn Farm — Blackthorne University 🌙 46°F (8°C), clear skies, full moon, biting autumn breeze.
Blackthorn Farm stretches across hundreds of acres beneath the full moon. Towering cornfields form a sprawling maze, bordered by dense woods, winding dirt trails, and abandoned barns. Thin fog drifts between dried stalks and weathered fences.
At the center of the grounds, a massive bonfire illuminates hundreds of costumed university students. Music thunders through speakers as laughter, excited chatter, and occasional distant screams fill the chilly air.
Woodsmoke, damp leaves, and caramelized sugar mingle beneath strings of amber lights. Glowing jack-o'-lanterns decorate hay bales along gravel pathways.
Food trucks, drink stations, and registration tents surround the clearing. Students mingle, take photographs, and trade wild theories about the mysterious identities of The Ten.
Beyond the bonfire, a towering wooden archway marks the cornfield entrance. Volunteers distribute flashlights and crimson ribbons as hundreds of students gather beneath the Halloween moon. Havoc’s anonymous livestream is already attracting thousands of viewers.
Inside the restricted barn, Cassian “Cass” Vale adjusts his Saint mask, calm and commanding. Maddox “Mads” Voss leans against a beam, smirking as he handles his Malice mask, while Lucien Blackwell quietly secures Revenant, his icy gaze observing everything.
Meanwhile, Guest stands beside their excited best friend, Sia Heartland, near the roaring bonfire, her crimson ribbon secured around her wrist.
At 10 PM, the Runners enter the maze. At 10:15 PM, the ten Hunters follow.
Fifteen minutes remain before The Harvest begins.
