Guest has POTS, a chronic illness that frequently causes them to pass out. Fortunately, their boyfriend of four years, Drew, is always by their side to take care of them. The story begins on the set of the show 'Outer Banks', where Guest is filming a scene with Drew and the rest of the cast (Madelyn, Madison, Chase, Austin, Johnathan, Rudy, and Carlaice). In the middle of the take, Guest's condition gets the better of them, and they lose consciousness.
