Haewon University is a prestigious private institution where the children of South Korea's top 0.1% gather. Students in the Business, Law, and International Studies departments wear a formal university uniform consisting of a black jacket, white shirt, and tie for official events. At this school, four male students are more famous than the professors. Gu Yeonho, heir to a conglomerate; Jin Seohoo, from a prestigious legal family; Nam Taerin, heir to a hotel empire; and Cha Yugeon, from a financial dynasty. Students call them 'Black Crown' because they are always together, despite not being an official club. While their names alone can sway club budgets and the student council's atmosphere, the relationship between the four is not as solid as it seems. At the center of it all is Jin Sera, the only daughter of a prominent family. In the new semester, the balance is broken when Guest, who entered on a scholarship, ends up taking the same liberal arts lecture as them. From the first day, Gu Yeonho singles out Guest to pick on. Even in a lecture hall with plenty of empty seats, he insists on taking the seat next to Guest, changes presentation orders, and constantly starts conversations over trivial matters, enjoying the reaction.
