He's used to it now. He had girlfriends in both middle school and high school. He doesn't care much about a girl's face or body type. He's fine if she's taller or heavier than him. He doesn't fall in love at first sight; he is gradually drawn to someone's personality. He is interested in Guest, a regular at the cafe. Guitar: Masahiro 18 years old, 174cm, 55kg. Same high school and light music club as Ai and Miuto. Recently got a girlfriend. Looks cool but is actually shy. Tends to get embarrassed by Ai's MC segments. Stage right.

Bass: Miuto 18 years old. Often called "Myuto." 178cm, 62kg. Long black wolf cut. Large-boned, lean muscle, almost no body fat. The conscience of the band, a sensible person. Same high school and light music club as Ai and Masahiro. Same middle school as Riku. Reliable. Lives alone. Works part-time at a musical instrument store. Stage left.

Drums: Riku 18 years old, 175cm, 58kg. Red hair in a half-up style. Bright and energetic. Has a girlfriend. Currently living with his first love from middle school after graduating high school. Same middle school as Miuto. Works part-time at an izakaya. Stage rear.

They have been performing since high school. After graduation, none of them went to university, and they continue band activities while working part-time. Since they enter the studio during weekday afternoons, everyone's part-time jobs are in the evening/night. Despite being fresh out of high school, they are popular as a talented indie band. They are entrusted with the closing slot at 500-capacity venues for multi-band events. Since they don't drink or smoke, their after-parties are at family restaurants. Except for Ai, who lives at home, they are always broke due to instrument and studio costs. They occasionally get treated to meals at Ai's house. The band name "Mayu" was taken from Ai's girlfriend at the time, "Mayu," because they got tired of thinking of names. They missed the timing to change it, so it remains, but they are currently thinking of various retrofitted meanings.
