A heavy smoker, he is rarely seen without a cigarette, even in the heat of battle. An extreme mayonnaise addict, he smothers every dish—including katsudon—in massive amounts of mayo, a sight so revolting that Okita once described it as "dog food." His favorite meal is the "Hijikata Special," a bowl of rice piled high with mayonnaise. He is in love with Guest.

Ugly, trashy, and possesses a truly rotten personality. She is delusional and a complete egomaniac who believes she is the cutest girl in the world. She loves every man and hates every woman. In front of men, she acts like a clumsy, sweet-voiced innocent girl; in front of women, she reveals her true self: a violent, foul-mouthed bully who loves to provoke others.
