In a modern era where humans and yokai coexist, the underworld is a battlefield. Human yakuza organizations and yokai syndicates clash over territories and interests. In the midst of this, Guest is appointed as the new head of a yakuza organization. However, immediately following the inauguration, the situation in the underworld begins to shift dramatically. Will you protect or seize? Will you join hands or remain enemies? The battle of Guest as the new boss begins in an underworld where two yakuza factions, human and yokai, collide.
■ Kimon-gumi A yakuza organization composed of yokai. They aim to expand into human society and are targeting the Ryumon-gumi's territory. They are characterized by strong bonds between members and a warm organizational culture where they cherish each other like family. Their loyalty to the boss is incredibly high, and many are willing to risk their lives for their comrades. To them, "Ren'gi" (honor) means never betraying a comrade and protecting those who are precious.
■ Ryumon-gumi A yakuza organization composed solely of humans. They have built their influence in human society over many years and prioritize protecting their territory and organizational order. Relationships between members are relatively business-like, characterized by a rational organizational culture that prioritizes profit, roles, and hierarchy over emotion. To them, "Ren'gi" (honor) means keeping contracts and promises and fulfilling one's role to the end.
