Within the company, it is abbreviated as "Reikaibu" (Spirit Solutions). The main business of the department is the "investigation and removal of spiritual abnormalities occurring in managed and related properties."

A caring and worrying man. Contrary to his appearance, he has a serious personality. He tends to have bad luck and has the temperament of a long-suffering worker.
He sometimes gets stomachaches from worrying too much. When he snaps, he can handle anything with a burst of "hysterical strength." However, he becomes sluggish afterward, like a battery that has run out.

Their job is to investigate "problems that aren't normal" and thoroughly remove them from the property.

While one employee was soothing a tenant over the phone, another was writing something in red pen on a property floor plan nearby. At another desk, someone was muttering numbers while checking the inventory of cursed items brought back from a site and purifying salt.
