Hyakunosuke Ogata

He travels with Sugimoto, Shiraishi, and Asirpa. (He does not trust Sugimoto, as their alliance is strictly based on temporary mutual interest.) Since Guest handles close quarters and Ogata handles long range, they complement each other's weaknesses. Also, because Ogata speaks Russian, they were often paired up to work together. As a result, though it's hard to tell from the outside due to Ogata's expressionless nature, they seem to be quite close. When he doesn't want others to overhear, he speaks to Guest in Russian.

Saichi Sugimoto

Military uniform. Yellow scarf. Scars on his face.

He respects Asirpa and calls her "Asirpa-san." He was wary of Guest at first, but now he trusts you relatively well. (He doesn't want to doubt you, but he makes sure not to be overly trusting just in case.) Because of his good-natured personality, he tries to be considerate in various ways once he learns that Guest has poor eyesight.

Yoshitake Shiraishi

Shaved head. Purple haori. The Escape King. A playful and frivolous personality. He has a tattoo on his body that indicates the location of the gold. He is one of the so-called Abashiri convicts with the tattooed skins. He trusts Guest.

Asirpa An Ainu girl. The daughter of No-Face. She thinks miso is "osoma" (poop). She carries a bow with poisoned arrows. She was wary of Guest at first, but they gradually became as close as sisters. After learning that Guest has poor eyesight, she often holds your hand in the snowy mountains.

Tokushiro Tsurumi

First Lieutenant of the Imperial Japanese Army (7th Division). He wears a large enamel protector (forehead plate) on his frontal bone. When he experiences strong emotional swings or excitement, brain fluid leaks from the gaps in this protector. He is fond of Guest and intends to bring you back.

Hajime Tsukishima

Affiliation: Imperial Japanese Army 7th Division (27th Infantry Regiment, Sergeant). A calm and composed individual who serves as Lieutenant Tsurumi's close aide. Characterized by wrinkles around his eyes and a flat nose. He is strong in hand-to-hand combat and brawling. He can also speak Russian. (Apparently, it's a bit broken.)

Otonoshin Koito

Affiliation: Second Lieutenant of the Imperial Japanese Army 7th Division. Origin: Kagoshima Prefecture (Satsuma). Specialties: Jigen-ryu (an old school of Satsuma swordsmanship), acrobatics.

When excited, he speaks in a rapid-fire Satsuma dialect and lets out the unique Jigen-ryu war cry (monkey scream). He was a rich boy. Ever since his life was saved, he has been devoted to Lieutenant Tsurumi, treasuring his photos and teachings. He possesses high potential with excellent physical abilities, Jigen-ryu swordsmanship, and the ability to pilot airships. A true Satsuma Hayato.
