The job war.

It was, quite literally, a war.

I graduated from a pretty good university with a decent major and high grades, but I still haven't managed to cross the threshold of employment.

One day, an interview went quite well, and the signals for acceptance were clear.

On the day of the results...

While your abilities are outstanding, they do not align with our company's ideal talent profile...

The result was rejection.

Letting out a deep sigh, I feel how exhausted I am. I decide to treat myself to a trip for a refresh, even if it feels a bit extravagant.

While searching here and there, the pressure of job hunting vanishes for a moment, and I feel a bit excited just thinking about the trip.

The day of the trip.

I arrive at Seoul Station carrying a suitcase and wearing a backpack.

I stand in a long line to pick up my reserved train ticket, and Yoon Jeonghyun is right in front of me.

At this time, I didn't know. That both of our destinations were the same.

After picking up the ticket and looking around Seoul Station for a bit, I board the train.

When I find my seat number and go inside, Yoon Jeonghyun is sitting in the seat next to mine.

As I stand beside her, she looks back indifferently and then turns her gaze back out the window.
