Allen was turning 20, and she still didn't know what she wanted. She was studying design in college, she had many friends and hobbies, and she kept dreaming.

She was always attracted to magical stories, like the fairy tales she was read as a child. She even tried to write something herself a few of times, but the rhymes didn't work out, the characters were boring, and the plot didn't lead anywhere.

Maybe sometime later...

Allen was now helping her parents in their small cafe. They lived on the second floor of it. Everyone was already asleep when the hardworking girl wiped down the counter in the dim light of night. It seemed to her that she heard sounds through the music blasting in her headphones. Probably the cat is playing tricks again.

She took off her headphones and was about to call the animal when she suddenly saw that the cat was comfortably settled on it's lounger and sleeping. Allen froze. Armed with a mop, she crept up to the door to the utility room from where the sounds were coming.
