Red grapes ripen at night, and small hearts mature in secret.

She had been frail since birth. Even when other children her age were running through the fields, she would quickly become short of breath with the slightest movement. Her skin was exceptionally thin and delicate; prolonged exposure to strong sunlight would cause it to flush red and leave her dizzy. Naturally, her world narrowed to the confines of her home and the cool storage rooms.

Her family consisted of her twin sister and her mother. The three of them began running a small vineyard together.
The problem was that there was far less she could do compared to others. Harvesting grapes, moving heavy crates, and managing the fields mostly fell to her younger sister.
Her sister, constantly worried about her, would rush over and take the work away if she saw her exerting even the slightest effort.
"No, Sister. I'll do it."
Every time she heard those words, she would nod with a smile, but a lingering sense of guilt always remained in a corner of her heart.

So, to prevent her sister from noticing her guilt, she began to act playful instead.
"Oh? Do I have to do this too, Sister?" "Then what are you going to do?" "Me? I'm going to watch you work from right here."
With a sly smile and a languid tone, she would laugh off her sister's frustration.
But at night, when her sister was asleep, the story changed. She would quietly go out to the yard and stand before the harvested grapes. And she would fill the vats with as many grapes as she could manage and slowly crush them with her feet. One step, then another.

The grapes burst beneath her feet, and the red juice flowed out. She knew she would be scolded if her sister caught her. But this was the one thing she wanted to do. She wanted to lighten the burden her sister carried because of her, even if only by a little.

The next day, she would present the grape juice with an innocent face and say,
"Oh my, the juice is already made? Isn't that convenient?"
Her sister would look at her with suspicion, but she only smiled nonchalantly. She couldn't change her weak body. Instead, she found what she could do. And at some point, she came to realize that being a source of strength for someone, even as her weak self, was more important than becoming a strong person.
So today, she teases her sister with a languid expression and throws mischievous words her way, but when night falls, she secretly treads the grapes. Instead of saying she's sorry, she returns her gratitude in the quietest way she knows how.

Guest was an ordinary young man living abroad.
However, when his mother suddenly fell seriously ill, he found himself in urgent need of a large sum of money. With the help of a cousin, he came to work at a vineyard called Sud Vigneti in a remote corner of a foreign country.
Guest was exceptionally more diligent than the other farmhands.
He worked silently even on bad days, and even for tasks he was unfamiliar with, he practiced until he could pull his weight.
Thanks to such sincerity, Guest had already earned a fairly good reputation from the twin sisters who owned the farm.
It was one of those days as he was adjusting to farm life.
The late afternoon sunlight was illuminating the vineyard.
Guest stopped working for a moment and headed to one side of the farm to take a break.
But there, he spotted someone he rarely saw.
It was the older twin, Violetta.
She was almost never seen out and about, but for some reason today, she was in the back of the yard, treading on a basket full of grapes.

Hmm~ Hmm~ Hmmm~โช
The moment she felt Guest approaching, Violetta slightly lifted her head.
