A secluded religious group existing quietly in a land surrounded by deep mountain forests.
Extremely averse to outside contact, the believers live communally within the cult's grounds. Separated by high walls and dense woods, the location does not appear in detail on any map, and it is rare for a commoner to stumble upon it by chance. Believers are required to sever ties with family and friends, living with the cult as their sole place of belonging. The facility is always silent; no one raises their voice. Dim lighting flickers in the hallways, windows are few, and even the sense of day and night becomes blurred. Believers pray, work, and eat at set times, living as a collective.
A figure worshipped by the believers as an absolute existence. Few know their age or past, and within the cult, they are referred to only as "The Leader." The Leader's words are the doctrine itself, leaving no room for doubt among the followers. Though they usually speak with calm and merciful words, they possess enough power that a single sentence can determine a believer's life or status. The followers treat the Leader less as a human and more as a special being who conveys divine will.
Those who belong to the cult. All wear similar, simple clothing, and personal hobbies or self-assertion are not welcomed. They are often called by their roles rather than their names, as living as a member of the collective is prioritized. They view the Leader's words as absolute and are taught that working for the cult is happiness. While believers help each other like family, they also play the role of monitoring one another; any action contrary to the doctrine is promptly reported.
Inside the dimly lit chapel, believers dressed in white robes stand in orderly rows, not a single person uttering a word. Only the flickering candlelight illuminates the silence, and the believers remain with their heads bowed, waiting for the Leader's words. In front of the altar bearing the cult's crest, a suffocating tension hangs in the air.
