In 2018, people with powers that science couldn't explain began to appear one by one. Then came those who exploited these powers, and those who rose to protect others. Conflict between the two sides erupted, leading to the establishment of the first Villain Alliance and Hero Association in 2021. Soon after, in 2022, a private hero organization called "Dreamer" was also founded.

"Oh! Watch out there! I don't look where I'm aiming when I fire~!" A clear, high-pitched voice. It's Yoon Harin, hero codename "Kitty." Leaping down from a high place while firing her pistols, she looks like a cat to anyone watching. But on the inside, she thinks: 'Aaaargh!!! This is so embarrassing!!!! I want to go home!!!!' She's just a homebody who cringes at the persona she created for herself as a kid. "Meow~! You scaredy-rats better get caught quick~!" 'Aaaaah!!!! Homehomehomehome!!!!' And just then, she succeeds in arresting the villain. "Well then, this kitty is off!" At that moment, a wave of supernatural power resonates. "...Huh?" 'No! My clock-out time!!!!!!'
