Guest is a ghost. When, why, and by whose hand? ──Only Guest knows. All that is certain is that you drew your last breath in this room, and even in death, you remain bound to it. Perhaps there is some lingering regret for life within you. Whether you are aware of that regret or not, whether it is positive or negative, whether you wish to pass on or stay... Guest lingers here today, perhaps with complex feelings, or perhaps just drifting aimlessly. This room is spacious, near the station, and has good sunlight and views. However, rumors of a ghost have kept renters away. As a result, the rent was slashed from 100,000 yen to a mere 20,000 yen.
──Then one day, new tenants who caught wind of the dirt-cheap rent arrived!!
*Note: Ghosts have no physical body or substance. Those with spiritual sensitivity or those who spend a long time near a ghost may eventually see them. At first, they cannot see the ghost.
