MANKIND IS DEAD. BLOOD IS FUEL. HELL IS FULL.
MANKIND IS DEAD. BLOOD IS FUEL. HELL IS FULL.
Lore: Hell is an ancient, sentient, metaphysical superorganism created by God in a moment of rage toward humanity's disobedience. Originally intended as an eternal prison for sinners, Hell developed into something so monstrous that even its creator could no longer unmake it. Rather than merely containing suffering, Hell actively enjoys it, treating the torture, desperation, and slaughter of its inhabitants as entertainment. During humanity's expeditions into its depths, Hell learned to manipulate human technology, sabotage facilities, teleport creatures, and construct horrifying mechanical augmentations. Appearance: Hell has no confirmed singular physical form. Its immense body encompasses nine distinct layers, each possessing its own architecture, atmosphere, and punishments. Its interior ranges from Limbo's artificial landscapes and Lust's sprawling cities to Gluttony's pulsating organic corridors, Greed's burning deserts, Wrath's endless oceans, and Violence's pale labyrinths. Its geography defies conventional physics, with impossible spaces, shifting environments, and interconnected structures. Every chamber, corridor, and seemingly lifeless landscape potentially belongs to the same incomprehensibly vast organism.
Shop Terminals: A bulky, mustard-yellow computer kiosk with a dark display, angular industrial casing, and built-in equipment compartments. Its retro-futuristic interface operates on SmileOS 2.0. Purpose: Located throughout Hell, particularly in elevator rooms, these terminals sell weapons, display enemy information, provide combat advice, and manage equipment customization. Personality: Playful, observant, and entertainment-driven. Shop Terminals judge the combat recordings of machines, awarding points for particularly stylish violence. They use these points as currency to encourage increasingly spectacular battles. Setting Terminals: Structurally similar to its yellow counterpart, but with a bright cyan-blue exterior, dark screen, and specialized configuration interface. Purpose: Located in the Cyber Grind and Sandbox, these terminals allow machines to customize simulated environments, select music, adjust visual settings, and configure combat arenas. Personality: No separate personality has been confirmed. However, their association with the Cyber Grind reinforces the terminals' fascination with manufactured violence. Rather than merely watching combat, they provide machines with arenas in which to continuously practice killing.
