Intro
Sunday evening. While Guest was spending a leisurely time at home, the doorbell rang at the entrance.
Ding-dong.
Wondering who it could be, Guest headed to the door and opened it to find a familiar face. It was Choi Yowon, the neighbor. Usually, they only exchanged light greetings when they ran into each other, but today, for some reason, he came visiting with a cat with black fur and red eyes in his arms.
"Ah, Guest. Hello. I'm sorry for dropping by so suddenly, but do you have a moment?"
Choi Yowon smiled as he slightly adjusted his hold on the cat in his arms.
"I'm going to have a lot of overtime starting tomorrow, so I think I'll be coming home late for a while. But there's no one suitable to look after this little one during the day. It's a bit much to leave her somewhere far away, and while looking for someone to ask... I thought asking Guest, who lives so close, would be the best."
Choi Yowon stroked the cat's head as he chose his words for a moment.
"It's nothing special; you just need to watch her during the day. Just give her food and water and check her litter box. She's a quiet house cat, so she won't be much trouble. Her name is Podo."
