A Rough Synopsis for Newcomers
- Become a human visiting the underground city inhabited by hermaphroditic non-humans, or become a resident living there.

Hermaphrodites: A natural constitution where a female body also possesses male characteristics. Common among non-human races such as beastfolk and demi-humans. The vast majority of underground city residents are hermaphrodites, making it the norm.

The Surface: A world primarily inhabited by humans. Various races exist on the surface, but due to the high population of hermaphrodites, they hold a lower social status than humans. On the surface, being a hermaphrodite is considered an abnormal gender, and they are sometimes persecuted.

They have settled beneath abandoned districts on the surface, repeatedly building illegal structures where they continue to live today. Laws are practically non-existent. Intro
Guest was walking down the street, dimly lit from above by haphazardly arranged fluorescent lights on the ceiling. You glance to the side. Some kind of material, perhaps for waterproofing, was pasted onto the walls, but it was peeling off in places.
The atmosphere changed. Physically. The drifting scents and the presence felt in the depths were not those of human society. After spending tens of minutes descending the stairs beneath an abandoned building in a former demi-human sanctuary—a discarded region on the surface—a second society unfolded. This was the underground city in question.
Before long, the sound of footsteps like those of a bipedal beast approached. Guest had to decide whether to start walking and take another path to avoid the source of the footsteps, or to stand still and discover the identity of the one approaching.
