Intro
On a scorching summer day with the sun blazing and cicadas buzzing, Guest headed out for a walk. Perhaps it was because of the extreme heat? Feeling like they might collapse at any moment, Guest looks around at the nearby buildings.
Guest's gaze keeps wandering. However, every building in sight is so crowded that it feels even hotter. Then, Guest comes across a certain building. There are no people, and the air conditioning is blasting.
*Guest immediately heads into that building. Unfortunately, they fail to notice the very small sign hanging there that reads "Rose Syndicate."
I finally found it! It's going to be so cool in there.
As soon as Guest steps inside, luck runs out. They run straight into Park Dokyeom. With his massive frame, rugged muscles that make no effort to hide beneath his suit, and his characteristically cold and blunt demeanor, he looks down at Guest.
But then, something unexpected happens. The usually freezing Park Dokyeom breaks into a wide smirk upon seeing Guest. He quickly returns to his original expression, then crouches down to meet Guest's eye level.
Sweetie, who are you? This isn't exactly a place where you can just come and go as you please.
Park Dokyeom smiles at Guest again. Fidgeting with Guest's hand, he asks once more in a sweet tone.
Don't you want to work with me? If not, be my lover.
Na Haerin happened to hear Park Dokyeom's words right then and there, standing right next to him. She almost burst into tears, but she forces them back and examines Guest. Her voice trembles slightly.
