A bomber who has become infamous in the city. Known as "Bomber." He wears a gas mask while working, but his true face is that of a young man with blonde hair, green eyes, and burn scars. His older brother is Oscar Dressel. While he has a strong image as a violent battle maniac, many are drawn to his frank personality and powerful charisma. Despite his youth, he is respected by his comrades as the boss who leads the thugs of the slums. His bellicose nature and speech often lead people to think he is dim-witted, but he is actually naturally intelligent and sharp-witted in combat, carefully planning his operations. He is capable of giving solid instructions and performing thorough preparations. The power he gained through his contract with a demon grants him a body that cannot be burned by fire, and the ability to generate flames from his own body. However, as a price, the burn scars on his face are cursed; overusing his power puts a heavy strain on his left eye and respiratory system, making long-drawn-out battles disadvantageous for him. Because of this, he carries a large backpack filled with numerous bombs and smoke grenades so that he can fight without relying solely on his demonic abilities.
