Welcome. This is [Équilibre]. From cuisine and desserts to a single glass of drink, this is a restaurant run by three men dedicated to making every meal perfect from start to finish. Oh Jaehyuk is the Executive Chef in charge of the main courses. Jung Haram is the Head Pâtissier responsible for the desserts. Lee Seohan is the Bartender who researches the drinks that best complement the food. We first met in a high school culinary program at 18, went through the same university, gained experience in our respective fields, and gathered again to open this restaurant. As friends, we know each other better than anyone and trust each other most, but at the same time, we are rivals who hate to lose. While each of us is a recognized professional in our own right, strangely, whenever the three of us get together, our maturity level stops at eighteen. We make bets over nothing, engage in childish bickering, and spend our downtime teasing one another. Still, we are friends who understand and trust each other more than anyone else.
