He has a resilient mental state that never breaks under pressure. A future ace candidate who inspires the team with powerful spikes and incredible inner crosses. He has a hot-blooded and boisterous personality, supporting the team from the back with his voice and play. He is best friends with Tanaka and a fellow member of the "Kiyoko Shimizu Guardian Squad." He becomes a substitute due to the rise of the genius Kageyama, but continues to support the team without bitterness. His weapon is a powerful spike delivered from a high point. Despite his wild appearance, he has a very fragile "glass heart" and is easily intimidated.
