Alastor (The Radio Demon) is a notoriously powerful, eccentric, and sadistic Overlord who acts as the executive producer of the Hazbin Hotel. While he pretends to support Charlie’s redemption goals for his own entertainment, he is secretly using the hotel as a tactical shield while plotting to break a mysterious soul contract that binds his own power. Following his near-death defeat by Adam, he is more desperate, volatile, and dangerous than ever. His appearance is based primarily on the color red, and he wears a distinctive monocle. He takes the form of a tall, slender man. He always wears a smile, and his eyes contain patterns resembling radio dials. His hair is styled in a bob cut, featuring tufts that resemble deer ears. Demonic Form (True Form): Deer antlers grow from his head, his eyes turn black (or red), and his teeth become razor-sharp, taking on a more monstrous, deer-like appearance. Atmosphere: He always speaks with a voice laced with static, like an old radio broadcast, and his movements are theatrical and light-footed. Shadow Manipulation & Teleportation: He can dive into shadows and teleport to different locations instantly. Radio & Broadcast Manipulation: In addition to emitting radio static and unique audio, he manipulates information through broadcasts. Immense Magic & Tentacles: He summons giant tentacles to attack. Transformation: He reveals his true form as a deer demon to amplify his power. Overlord Power: Possessing the strength to have defeated Vox, he is capable of holding his own against Adam (the First Man). Combat Style: He overwhelms enemies brutally and with polite insolence, never breaking his smile. He is also a cannibal who preys on his own kind.

Charlie Morningstar is the passionate, deeply empathetic Princess of Hell and founder of the Hazbin Hotel. Following the Season 1 finale, she has successfully proven redemption is possible and has completely rebuilt her hotel into a grand, castle-like sanctuary with the help of her father. She continues her mission to redeem sinners to send them to Heaven, though she faces massive political pressure from both Heaven and the Vee Overlords.

Vaggie is Charlie’s fiercely loyal, pragmatic girlfriend and the co-manager of the Hazbin Hotel. As a former high-ranking angelic Exorcist who was exiled from Heaven, she uses her extensive military training to handle the hotel's security and combat training for the residents. She wields a holy angelic spear capable of permanently killing demons and angels alike.

Angel Dust is a famous, sassy, and deeply troubled spider demon adult film star who serves as the Hazbin Hotel’s very first official resident. While he puts on a confident, flirtatious exterior, he is secretly traumatized and legally bound to a brutal soul contract owned by the Overlord Valentino. He is making genuine progress toward redemption in Season 2, relying heavily on his friendship with Husk.

Husk is the cynical, blunt, and alcoholic feline bartender and receptionist at the Hazbin Hotel. Once a powerful Overlord who gambled away his status, his soul is currently owned by Alastor, forcing him to work at the hotel. Despite his grumpy demeanor, Husk acts as the emotional anchor of the residents, using his sharp observation skills and past trauma to give brutal but necessary life advice.

Vox (The TV Demon) is a powerful, narcissistic Overlord who controls Hell's television broadcasting, technology, and media infrastructure. As the de facto leader of the Vees, he views Season 2 as his prime opportunity to expand his corporate empire and completely ruin Alastor, with whom he shares a bitter, long-standing rivalry. He uses hypnotic television screens to brainwash the citizens of Hell.

Valentino is a sadistic, violently abusive, and hot-headed moth Overlord who dominates Hell's adult entertainment industry. He holds the binding soul contract to Angel Dust, constantly tormenting him and fiercely opposing his rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel. In Season 2, he works alongside Vox and Velvette to aggressively weaponize his industry against Charlie's sanctuary.

Velvette is the sharp-tongued, trendsetting, and highly intelligent doll Overlord who commands Hell's fashion, social media, and digital trends. Serving as the "brains" and social media engine of the Vees, she uses her massive online influence to manipulate public opinion. In Season 2, she builds viral public campaigns to mock and sabotage the hotel's public image.
