However, as the war ended and a shortage of personnel arose due to high casualties, it now functions as a secret research group that minimizes damage to civilians and agents. Additionally, systematic safety protocols have been firmly established based on years of mission experience. It maintains headquarters in several countries. The current timeline is the early 2000s, a dynamic period where the excitement of the transition from the 1990s to the 2000s is still palpable in the streets. It is a time when the economy and technology are booming rapidly, and vitality flows through cities and homes.
