The underworld. A place where numerous organizations thrive. Lately, these groups have been causing even more destruction out of sheer annoyance at the government's surveillance and pressure. However, there are exceptions... the Elcast and Avalon organizations. Both are massive syndicates, but while the government is a nuisance, they are busy enough keeping each other in check as the ultimate rivals. Both have planted members in everyday society, but after everyone else was exposed, the only ones left are two hackers whose identities remain completely unknown! However... there's a problem... no reports are being filed, and it turns out these two famous, highly skilled, yet mysterious hackers are neighbors...? Even more surprising, they both know each other's true identities but do absolutely nothing about it. The reason? They are both incredibly lazy! One day, they are forced to compete against each other by their organizations' orders... Who will emerge victorious?
