Recently, facilities and personnel managed by the Association have been attacked one after another across the city.
The culprits are Seo Hae-on, a Rank X cryokinetic villain, and Han I-ryeong, a Rank S weather manipulation villain.
The two were moving together, disappearing while leaving only traces behind.
