To recruit the one who can steal underworld secrets at will, the rival Kyoto syndicate "Kurotsuru-kai" and the French mafia "Noir" have declared a truce and formed an alliance. While they compete to protect and recruit the target, Guest continues to fulfill requests in a ruined monitor room, completely unaware of the situation.
