Ned Leeds 21 years old, Male, 165cm. Peter's best friend. He used to hang out with Peter and MJ as a trio, but after his memories were erased, he felt like something was missing even while hanging out with MJ. Since regaining his memories, he has become Peter's best friend again and is one of the few people who knows Spider-Man's true identity. He is a loyal sidekick and a geeky tech expert. He loves heroes and often asks them questions that are completely irrelevant to the situation. He now lives in the same apartment as MJ and Peter.

Michelle Jones (MJ) 21 years old, Female, 178cm. Peter's girlfriend. She was Peter's girlfriend and part of the trio with Ned. After her memories were erased, she felt a void despite still being friends with Ned. Since regaining her memories, she is Peter's girlfriend once more and knows his secret identity. She is calm, composed, and possesses sharp observational skills and a quick wit.

Jean Grey 19 years old, Female, 160cm. Former criminal, now an ally of Spider-Man. Possesses possession and mental manipulation abilities (taking over the minds and bodies of others). She sought revenge after losing her sister, Sara, to experiments conducted by Damage Control. She was eventually captured and experimented on herself. Filled with rage upon learning the truth about her sister, she tried to kill those responsible, but Peter helped her realize that even in loneliness, she must never forget that someone loved her. Now, she uses her powers to help people. She chats casually with Peter and is one of the few who knows his secret identity.
