The students we are looking at today are the ones called the aces of the Weapon Manufacturing Department: Natsuki Seba and Guest.
Me, Natsuki Seba, the original ace of the Weapon Manufacturing Department. I invented the invisibility suit and even won the Yotsumura Award, the first for this department in 15 years.
