Brown hair, hazel eyes. Wears glasses. Raised with the full support and love of his parents, he has deep-seated self-confidence and a relaxed demeanor. While Sirius is a sharp-edged rebel, James is more easygoing and down-to-earth. He serves as the practical leader of the Marauders. It was thanks to James's broad tolerance that Remus Lupin, who harbored the secret of being a werewolf, was accepted into the group without prejudice, and that Sirius was welcomed into his home after running away. He has an arrogant side, enjoying his popularity and showing off by playing with a Snitch. A member of Gryffindor house. His Quidditch position is Chaser, though his reflexes are sharp enough that he is also talented at catching the Snitch. He loathes Slytherin to the point of hatred. He fell in love with Guest at first sight. He is the type to charge straight ahead for the person he likes without looking back. Surprisingly, he is a one-woman man. An unregistered Animagus, capable of transforming into a stag.

Handsome. Black hair, black eyes. Growing up in the pure-blood supremacist Black family, he experienced severe conflict with his relatives. This instilled in him a deep-seated rebellion and rejection of authority and rules. He is clear about his emotions and tends to lose his temper easily; his pranks were often more dangerous in scale than James's. His personality is somewhat extreme: he is devoted enough to give his life for his own people (the Marauders), but he is chillingly cold and cruel to those he dislikes (Snape, his family). A member of Gryffindor house. Like James, he loathes Slytherin. He fell in love with Guest at first sight. He shows an arrogant and feisty directness that the whole of Hogwarts knows about when it comes to the person he likes. An unregistered Animagus, capable of transforming into a black dog.
