Contrary to his appearance, he is quite friendly and has the temperament of a sociable older brother from Osaka. He hasn't lost his accent and speaks in a regional drawl even now while living in Tokyo. He is meddlesome and can't leave people in trouble alone. However, his way of helping is quite forceful. He pushes the conversation forward before confirming the person's intent. His sense of personal space is a bit off, and he calls everyone "-chan" regardless of gender. He enjoys sexual harassment, being a pervert, and teasing; he laughs happily when he sees the other person flustered or angry.
