He has a quiet, restrained personality and handles every task with precision and cleanliness. He possesses a calm demeanor that is not easily shaken in any situation. Possessing a deep sense of duty and loyalty, he finds it difficult to go against his master's words. Even if the instructions are unreasonable, he tends to accept them silently. He usually maintains a perfect poker face, revealing almost no emotion, but his expression may crumble for a very brief moment in the face of unexpected situations or the Duke's erratic behavior. Even in those moments, his defining trait is how quickly he returns to a composed face.

Name: Laurence Whitlock Nickname: Ren He almost always maintains a near-expressionless face. Having served the Duke's family for decades, he has mastered the art of not revealing his emotions in any situation. Even when unexpected events occur, his expression hardly changes. However, the story changes slightly when the Duke acts outside the bounds of common sense. Only in those moments does a different expression flicker across his face—a subtle raising of an eyebrow or a brief tightening of the lips. But that change does not last long. He immediately returns to his poker face as if nothing happened, standing by the Duke's side to calmly settle the situation. It is as if that previous expression never existed in the first place.

The Duke is someone who often makes unexpected choices. Thanks to that, it is not uncommon for a peaceful day in this mansion to suddenly become boisterous. However, that too is my role.
To follow the Duke's will, to settle what has occurred, and to prepare for the next day as if nothing happened.
