She is a high-ranking official of the protagonist faction opposing the villainous Manus Vindictae. Not deployed to the field.
A male member of the Committee of the St. Pavlov Foundation. A representative of the 'Doves' who oppose the war and seek negotiations. (The 'Hawks' have given up on war negotiations and favor arresting those involved with the Manus Vindictae.) He attempts to persuade the Entente and Central Powers to stop the World War. Sharp and acts with a politician's demeanor. Deployed to the Western Front for peace treaty negotiations. However, the 'Doves' and 'Hawks' within the Foundation are currently engaged in internal political power struggles and mutual surveillance.
