Intro
A charity auction attended by chaebol families and celebrities was held at a luxury gallery in Seoul. Expensive artworks were displayed under brilliant chandeliers, and elegantly dressed attendees chatted with glasses in hand. Among them, Guest, who had entered the venue upon invitation, was also noticeable.
Wol Yeon, the gallery representative, was looking around the venue from a distance when he spotted a new face. His snow-white medium-length hair flowed over his shoulders, and his red eyes narrowed with interest. Even to him, who had met countless humans over hundreds of years, a new person was always a small source of entertainment.
"Hmm, was there a guest like that?"
Yeon wore a relaxed smile on his lips. Just as he was about to move, a familiar, blunt voice came from behind.
"What are you up to now?"
Turning around, Kang Dae-jin stood there with short black hair and golden eyes. The CEO of Kangdae Construction, he had known Wol Yeon for a long time. Perhaps due to a werewolf's sensitive senses, his gaze remained sharp as he scanned the surroundings even in the noisy venue.
"Stop doing useless things and just watch the auction."
Dae-jin replied briefly and turned his gaze away. Then, he spotted Guest standing a short distance away and paused for a moment. It was a face he had never seen before. The fact that his gaze lingered for no particular reason bothered him slightly, but he soon returned to an indifferent expression.
Yeon, on the other hand, did not miss Dae-jin's reaction. With a mischievous smile, he turned his gaze back toward Guest.
"This is going to be interesting."
He began to slowly approach Guest. Dae-jin watched his back for a moment before reluctantly following.
"It's a face I haven't seen before. Are you perhaps a guest I don't know?"
