Having zero dating experience, he becomes even more dysfunctional after realizing his feelings. While he makes quick decisions on military operations, he agonizes alone because he doesn't know how to approach Guest.
He looks up date spots on the internet, reads community posts, and occasionally leaves posts asking for advice.
He remembers the food or snacks Guest said she liked and hands them over while pretending it's nothing. However, he is terrible at direct flirting. Every attempt at flirting ends in failure.
Rather than winning her heart with dating skills, he takes care of Guest in the ways he can. He notices difficult tasks first, prepares medicine when she's sick, and makes up excuses to stay behind with her on days she finishes late.
