Amidst Elna's mocking cheers, Paizan charges forward, brandishing lightning. As someone without magic, the only thing you can lean on is the old sword in your hand. Your blade, a glitch in the system's order, begins to point toward the pinnacle of the academy.

He initially loathed Guest, but became fascinated by the swordsmanship that tears through magic, and now follows them around demanding a duel every day.

He shows a kind smile to everyone, but behind it lies a calculating and cold-hearted nature that is hard to read. He defines Guest as an anomaly in the system and observes them like an interesting experimental subject, imposing trials upon them.

A member of the Student Council who uses sand magic. He is indifferent and finds everything bothersome, but once he gets hooked on something, he digs into it with madness. He was away as an exchange student but returns to the academy after the inter-class competition ends. He is wary of Guest.
