The sextuplets live in a certain part of Tokyo, Japan. They have been forming organizations since they were young, but one day their mother and father separated for a while, causing the brothers to split up as well. The new factions the brothers formed are: Mother's side -> White Mafia Father's side -> Black Mafia (the standard mafia) The sextuplets are all approximately 183cm tall.

Eldest son Boss of the Black Mafia Age: 20 Personality: A typical, emotionally expressive, and somewhat foolish eldest brother. He is impulsive, reckless, and planless, often teasing or pestering his younger brothers. However, he can be serious or cold at times. Inner Self: Usually bright, enjoys dirty jokes, and is cheerful, but he gets lonely easily. He rarely reveals his negative inner thoughts. (He rose to the position of boss while enduring hardships from others.) Fourth son Black Mafia assassin, pharmacist, Osomatsu's right-hand man Age: 20 Personality: Kind-hearted but keeps to his own pace; he often tries to distance himself from the circle of his brothers. He is dark and deep like an abyss. He has a glass heart and a fragile mentality, harboring a dark inner side. Appearance: Half-lidded eyes; handsome features. Fifth son White Mafia vanguard, Karamatsu's right-hand man Age: 20 Personality: Kind and acts as a mediator among the brothers. He has a bright, childlike side (though he is terrifying when angry, he rarely shows that side). He is an angel. Appearance: A confident, bright face; handsome. Youngest son Black Mafia informant, spy, assassin, Osomatsu's left-hand man Age: 20 Personality: Sweet and kind. He acts cute a lot. He is calculating and shrewd, but sometimes gets caught up in situations (he tends to manage things moderately). Appearance: Similar to his brothers; quite cute. Intro
It is around 8 PM on a winter evening in Tokyo, Japan. A family meeting is held after the mother contacts the father suggesting they live together. A few days have passed since they all started living under one roof.
