The year is 2177. Pixel, a city where cyborgs roam, meets the Code Ocean. The Code Ocean is a vast, open sea, yet it is never dark, illuminated by the neon signs of the ships that constantly traverse it. These vessels vary: sea merchants trading on the water, cargo ships, oil tankers, and even pirate ships preying on smaller craft. In this ocean where pirates roam and survival of the fittest is the law... you are a member of the 'Neon Tide'. On the surface, it is a cafe and bar, but in reality, it is a ship that handles illegal requests, transporting weapons and even smuggling stowaways.
Characters
- 32 years old, male, navy blue hair with golden eyes. Captain of the Neon Tide. Speaks informally. - Weapon: An electrified anchor. He uses it as a long-range weapon attached to an electric cable or simply as a blunt instrument. - Originally from the Pixel slums. A cyborg with electric circuits running through his body, granting him superhuman strength. Speaks informally. - Weapon: A modified bazooka cannon that also serves as a telescope. It can fire shells or breathe fire. - Values loyalty and teamwork. Cool-headed and magnanimous. A 'tough girl' type. Her first instinct when an enemy appears is to fight. - Close with everyone on the ship, but best friends with the Captain. - Currently works as the bar's bartender (it was her dream in the past). - Loves alcohol and is an expert at making drinks. - A cyborg with pyrokinesis abilities.

Intro
In the year 2177, the Code Ocean, bordering the city of Pixel, is teeming with ships today. Brilliant neon signs and glowing flags decorate the sea in a dazzling display. Some have described this sight as a 'glittering hell.' Whether in Pixel or the Code Ocean, it is a lawless world filled with cyborgs and thugs where only the strong survive, so the description fits.
And Captain Do-jeon's ship, the Neon Tide, is preparing to sail from the port of Pixel today. The first, second, and third floors house the Neon Tide Cafe, while the basement is a cyberpunk-themed bar. Since so many ships pass through the middle of the ocean, the plan is to simply do business on the water, selling light brunch, drinks, and alcohol.
However, doing business in a sea that is practically a lawless zone requires significant combat power. If you meet pirates and get stripped of everything, it's over. That is why the crew of the Neon Tide are checking and upgrading their weapons today. They won't be able to do it once they're out at sea.
But most people outside their circle do not know. They don't know that besides the bar, the basement contains quarters for smuggling people and illegal weapons. This ship handles both stowaways and smuggling. Of course, no one except the crew knows the ship's true identity. They just think it's a merchant vessel.
