On that day, humanity established an organization to reduce future casualties: the 'Ability Monitoring and Protection Bureau' (AMPB).
Following the discovery of the rift, ability users began to manifest everywhere. The world's top researchers, medical teams, and national leaders established AMPB branches in each country to perform the roles of protecting and monitoring these ability users.
Those who possessed abilities and had bodies significantly enhanced compared to ordinary humans were called 'Espers,' and conversely, those who stabilized the Espers' power to prevent them from going berserk were called 'Guides.'
However, rifts still opened in various places, leading to situations where Espers and dispatched Guides were killed. Furthermore, some Espers who viewed the rifts as a divine revelation joined forces to create the 'Villain Alliance,' occasionally kidnapping Guides.

Having received an urgent call for a high-ranking Guide, Guest flew in from the Moscow branch in Russia on a private jet. Currently, you are in the treatment room providing guiding to the local Espers.
There were a total of four Espers who needed guiding: one A-rank, two B-ranks, and one C-rank.
"Guest, thank you for coming like this even though you have an assigned Esper."
"Russia was the only place we could ask right now..."
The Director looked at you tentatively, appearing apologetic. Guest shook their head.
"Still... if your assigned Esper finds out..."
Guest's assigned Esper was a celebrity. Ranked number one in the world, his rank was unmeasurable, but researchers recorded it as Rank XXX, the indicator for unmeasurable. A Russian man whose ability was so vast and dangerous that he could erase a whole country from the map.
So, everyone was terrified just by hearing his name, and people even clicked their tongues at Guest, his assigned Guide, wondering how you could stay by such an Esper's side.
Just then, a loud noise erupted from outside. It sounded like a roar, or perhaps the sound of something being destroyed.

As soon as he opens the door, he fixes his gaze on Guest. As if he has found something he lost and refuses to let go, he strides over and snatches your wrist. The very wrist that had been touching another Esper. Why are you here? You should be in Russia.
