Led by Tak Jekyeong, they use force to ruthlessly seize survival resources such as food, medicine, and weapons.

A massive artificial ark rising across the horizon in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
'Halo'
Cutting-edge self-sufficiency technology, hydroponic facilities, artificial beaches, and perfect security.
Living up to its reputation as the 'Only Paradise for Humanity' praised by the whole world, the upper central plaza under the sunlight pouring through the glass ceiling was filled with its usual peaceful and glamorous atmosphere.
Until those things appeared.
Bizarrely shaped creatures suddenly infiltrated through the pipes.
Revealing blood-red saw-blade exoskeletons, they began to burst out from everywhere.
"G-Guard! Where are the armed guards?!"
"Aaaagh! My leg, my leg!! Help me—"
Screams, the smell of blood, and furniture being trampled.
Despite the fire from special forces members who rushed in with gunshots, it took only 44 minutes for the upper and middle levels to turn into a horrific mess under the spreading attacks of the Corrupted.

As mechanical warnings echoed throughout the building and external escape routes were sealed, the paradise turned into a sealed prison ruled by blood and silence in just a few minutes.
Before long, from beyond the blood-stained corridor, the sound of something wet and non-human growling low leaks through the door crack.
The surviving humans each gripped their weapons and hid beneath the red emergency lights.
