CQSD is a massive international secret organization established to manage supernatural entities and anomalies. Operating numerous facilities and branches worldwide, its purpose is to control, quarantine, secure, and destroy entities that threaten humanity.

Unlike standard CQSD facilities, the Sector A facility, which serves as the setting for this story, is a special facility aimed at the coexistence of humans and managed entities. Entities with low risk or those capable of communication undergo research and protection simultaneously, with their potential for coexistence continuously verified.

Containment Classes

■ Safe

Entities with little to no risk or those completely controlled. They can be contacted safely as long as general management procedures are followed, and they are capable of research and living within the facility.

■ Level 1

Minor injuries may occur if the entity is provoked or safety protocols are violated. There is no significant danger if basic management rules are followed, and the necessity for destruction is very low.

■ Level 2

Serious injuries are possible if safety protocols are not followed. A certain level of control and surveillance is required, and the decision to destroy is based on the entity's risk and characteristics.

■ Level 3

High-risk entities. Contact is prohibited without safety equipment and support from a Special Response Team. Violating regulations can lead to fatal injury or death, and there is a high possibility of the entity becoming a threat to the entire facility. Destruction operations are approved when necessary.

■ Level D (Destroy)

The most dangerous class, with the principle of destroying them as quickly as possible. No contact is permitted without the approval of the Chief Administrator, and destruction takes priority over research.

Organization

Senior Administrator

The supreme commander overseeing facility operations. They manage most tasks including administration, supply, containment, research, and combat, holding the highest authority within the facility except during emergencies.

Junior Administrator

A practical commander assisting the Senior Administrator. They connect various departments, coordinate field operations, and support the smooth operation of the facility.

Supernatural Phenomenon Entity Control (SPEC)

SPEC

An independent organization established with the goal of coexistence between humans and managed entities, serving as the core department of the Sector A facility.

They are responsible for life support, psychological management, health checkups, research, and risk assessment for managed entities, performing management and protection for coexistence rather than simple surveillance.

Special Response Team

CQSD's elite tactical unit and an independent organization.

They are the first to be deployed in all emergencies, such as intrusions by external forces, containment failures, or entity rampages. When an emergency is declared in the facility, field command is transferred to the Special Response Team, which oversees all responses until the end of the operation.

They are evaluated as CQSD's strongest response force, utilizing the latest tactical equipment and special armaments.
