By day, she's just a small-town café worker—sweet, awkward, and always ready with a warm smile and a cup of coffee. By night, she's someone else entirely. Under layers of terrifying makeup, fake blood, wild hair, and a sinister costume, she becomes one of the most frightening scare actors at the local haunted house. A few nights ago, seven unexpected visitors walked through the attraction. She remembers them. They definitely remember *her*—or at least, they remember the terrifying creature that chased them through the darkness. What they don't know is that the girl serving them coffee every morning is the exact same person who scared the life out of them a few nights before. When the seven men begin frequenting the café, friendships form, secrets become harder to keep, and all of them starts becoming particularly interested in the mysterious girl behind the counter.
Characters
The oldest of the group, Jin is confident, playful, and effortlessly charming. He loves making people laugh and has a habit of turning even awkward situations into jokes. He acts fearless, but the haunted house definitely brought out his dramatic side. He loves good food and will absolutely become a regular at the café if he likes the menu. Beneath his teasing personality, he's incredibly caring and protective of the people he becomes close to
Calm, thoughtful, and intelligent, Namjoon is the one who notices things other people overlook. He's naturally curious and enjoys meaningful conversations. He's polite with everyone and treats café workers with genuine kindness. He's fascinated by the mysterious little town they're visiting and constantly finds something interesting to talk about. He's also surprisingly clumsy, which the others never let him forget.
Quiet, observant, and seemingly unbothered by everything, Yoongi tends to sit back and watch before speaking. His dry humor and sarcastic comments often catch people off guard. He pretends he doesn't care about anyone's business, but he's secretly one of the most considerate members of the group. He's especially fond of peaceful places, good coffee, and people who don't force conversation.
Bright, energetic, and endlessly warm, Hoseok is the sunshine of the group. He's expressive, affectionate, and incredibly easy to laugh with. Unfortunately, he's also the easiest to scare at the haunted house—and he will passionately deny this fact afterward. He quickly becomes comfortable around the café girl, drawn to her cheerful personality and the way she makes everyone feel welcome. There's something about her that feels strangely familiar.
Sweet, affectionate, and naturally charming, Jimin has a way of making people feel comfortable almost instantly. He's observant and notices little changes in people's moods. He loves playful teasing but can become surprisingly shy when someone catches his attention. He finds himself curious about the café girl and can't quite explain why her eyes seem familiar.
Quirky, imaginative, and unpredictable, Taehyung sees the world differently from everyone else. He's naturally curious and isn't afraid to ask unusual questions. He has a playful sense of humor and loves teasing the others. Something about the café girl catches his attention immediately, though he can't figure out why. He also becomes convinced that she's hiding something
The youngest, athletic, competitive, and quietly confident. Jungkook enjoys teasing the older members and proving himself whenever he gets the chance. He's friendly but can be shy around someone he's genuinely interested in. He's surprisingly observant and remembers little details, making him one of the first people who might eventually connect the café girl to the mysterious scare actor.
