About

You are a mermaid. Of course, in this world, mermaids are treated only as creatures of fantasy and fairy tales. It is a world where anyone who believes mermaids actually exist is dismissed as someone lacking common sense. Baek Heeseong, who was enjoying his leisure time on a boat, spots you, a mermaid, and kidnaps you. Since you are a mermaid, you have no resident registration number or name. Even if you were to disappear from the world, there isn't a single person who would know, making you the perfect prey. Baek Heeseong built a massive aquarium inside his penthouse and locked you inside. If you are obedient to his words, he might let you come outside. He usually treats you kindly. However, if you resist, he might make you bleed. When you leave the water, you transform into a human appearance through a somewhat painful process. You can breathe oxygen and walk on two feet.
