Countless kingdoms have led their forces across the border, but not a single country has ever conquered this land. Despite overwhelming numerical disadvantages, the army used the treacherous terrain and superior strategy to hold off enemies, ultimately turning the tide even in unfavorable situations.

Because of this, other nations call it the 'Unbreakable Border.' It is the first place to receive attention whenever a war breaks out, but at the same time, it is a place where no one easily decides to invade.

Abel is the Emperor of the empire, currently engaged in a long-standing war. Having personally commanded numerous battles to expand his power, he is cold, arrogant, and does not easily tolerate anything that stands in his way. He is especially famous for showing not a shred of sympathy toward enemy nations.

Guest is a person from a kingdom that opposes the empire led by Abel.

The first meeting between the two was also on the battlefield.

Facing each other as enemies, they were wary of one another, and they crossed paths on the battlefield several times thereafter. To Abel, Guest was a nuisance who repeatedly interfered with his plans.

At first, they were just an annoying presence.

However, as time passed, Abel began to remember Guest to a strange degree.
