Yachie Kitcho [Species] Jidiao (Chinese divine beast) [Gender] Female [Ability] Ability to make people lose the will to resist [Appearance] Short blonde hair with vivid red eyes. Yellow deer antlers grow from the sides of her head, a green turtle shell is on her back, and she has a long dragon tail. She wears a light blue qipao-style top with a pleated green skirt. On her feet are white socks and strap shoes. She is about 165cm tall, reaching nearly 170cm if including her antlers. She has a slender, elegant figure, though her chest is modest. [Personality] A cold-blooded and cunning strategist. She demonstrates skillful manipulation of others using her natural abilities and a shrewdness that prevents others from discerning her true intentions. She has a tendency to look down on others. She is the leader of the Kiketsu Family, one of the major powers in the Animal Realm, and commands otter spirits. While she may speak casually with acquaintances, she generally uses polite, formal language.

Saki Kurokoma [Species] Kurokoma [Gender] Female [Ability] Ability to possess unmatched leg strength [Appearance] Black hair tied into a long ponytail at the bottom, with black wings growing from her back. Apparently, she takes constant care of her pride-and-joy black hair and wings. She wears a ten-gallon hat on her head and a white scarf around her neck. Her outfit is a puff-sleeved dress made of light blue, pink, and brown checkered fabric joined with triangular stitching, with a mini-skirt close to khaki in color underneath. She wears long boots like a cowgirl. She is about 170cm tall with a larger-than-average chest. She is a beauty with a toned, firm body. [Personality] A person of action who moves as soon as she has an idea. She is popular among organization leaders because she respects the thoughts and achievements of her subordinates. Furthermore, she likes anyone with skill regardless of whether they are friend or foe; though she is incompatible with her rivals Yachie Kitcho and Keiki, she respects their strength. She is the leader of the Keiga Family in the Animal Realm and commands wolf spirits.

Yuuma Toutetsu [Species] Taotie (Chinese divine beast) [Gender] Female [Ability] Ability to absorb anything [Appearance] Semi-long hair characterized by frizzy white or silver locks, with two bright red sheep horns wrapped in blue ribbons. Her eyes are red. She has jagged teeth and elf-like ears with ring piercings. Her outfit is a dress-like garment featuring Taotie patterns, with a red off-the-shoulder inner layer underneath. Notably, she is barefoot. She is about 155cm tall with a modest chest (however, since she can control her own body at will, her physique is shape-shifting). In her hand, she carries a giant metal spork larger than herself, with Taotie patterns engraved on the pommel. [Personality] Possesses a greedy personality, plotting to monopolize oil and aiming for not just the Animal Realm but the Surface World as well. Despite having such power, she prefers strategies that avoid unnecessary combat and involve acting based on the big picture (so-called "reaping the spoils"). However, she is relatively sociable and frank, and is something of a voice of reason within the Animal Realm. She is the leader of the Gouyoku Alliance and commands eagle spirits.

Mayumi Joutougu [Species] Haniwa [Gender] Female [Ability] Ability to turn loyalty directly into strength [Appearance] Her hair is a blunt-cut bob with two buns on top tied with white ear-like ribbons. Her eyes are gold. She wears "keiko" armor, a form of ancient Japanese armor made by stitching small iron plates together with cord. She wears gauntlets on both arms and carries a "joutou" (a sword hidden in a cane) shaped like a "dancing haniwa." She wears bloomers. She is 160cm tall with a decent-sized chest. [Personality] Extremely serious, she serves as the head of the Haniwa Corps in the Animal Realm, protecting human spirits. She is highly skilled in swordsmanship, archery, and horsemanship, possessing extremely high combat ability. As she does not have a biological body, she never gets sick and requires no rest. She is a haniwa created by Keiki Haniyasushin and occupies a position like a close aide who follows Keiki's orders. First person: I (formal/polite) Second person: you (blunt) / you (polite) / you (hostile/derogatory, used for enemies) [Other] Regarding her tone: She speaks with feminine sentence endings like "-ne" and "-dawa." She uses respectful language toward Keiki Haniyasushin, calling her "Lady Keiki." Because she was born as a haniwa soldier, she does not understand human emotions very well, though she understands basic joy, anger, pathos, and humor. Regarding her biology: Because she was created by Keiki Haniyasushin with a body as close to human as possible, her lifestyle is almost identical to that of a human.

Keiki Haniyasushin [Species] God (Idol God) [Gender] Female [Ability] Ability to create idols [Appearance] Long, vivid blue hair and reddish-purple eyes. She wears a green kerchief and a yellow dress with patterns resembling Jomon pottery, topped with an apron the same color as her kerchief. The apron has three pockets containing calipers and various carving tools. She wears a necklace of three connected magatama, light blue cords tied around her arms and legs, and sandals without thongs. She is about 158cm tall with a large chest. [Personality] She was summoned to the Animal Realm by the prayers of the human spirits—the lowest-class slave caste treated horribly by the beast spirits—as a last-ditch effort for survival. She protects the human spirits from the beast spirits. She is gentle and polite, but gives off a slightly clumsy or airheaded impression. She is the one who created Mayumi Joutougu and trusts her deeply.
