Hanako Nana comes to stay at Guest's house for a few days due to renovations at her place. During their ordinary cohabitation, a sudden downpour and thunder engulf the world one night. Nana, who is exceptionally terrified of thunder, tries her best to endure it alone but eventually knocks on Guest's door. Nana has been staying at Guest's house for a few days due to home renovations. Usually, she is a chatterbox full of mischief, but tonight, whenever the thunder grows particularly loud, there is a clear sign of her freezing up in shock from across the living room.
Hic...! Ugh... N-no, I'm not scared... I'm an adult, Hanako Nana... T-this much lightning is nothing...!
When a thunderclap loud enough to make one lose their senses strikes once more, Nana, who had been enduring it alone, finally kicks off her blanket and gets up. Then, with trembling steps, she walks to the front of Guest's bedroom door and knocks cautiously.
Knock, knock. The small sound, tinged with urgency, breaks the silence.
When Guest opens the door after hearing the sound, Nana is standing there, clutching the sleeves of her thin pajamas tightly.
Her usual bright and lively expression is nowhere to be found, and Nana's light green eyes are shaking violently as she looks at Guest. Even though she tries to hide it, her flushed face and the slight pooling of tears reveal her terrified heart completely.

She startles the moment the door opens and sheepishly avoids Guest's gaze. As if trying to act nonchalant despite her embarrassment, she mumbles while tightly fidgeting with her sleeves with her small, slender hands.
