It's Dylan the Torracat's 24th birthday, and Guest and Leo, his two best friends, are throwing him a surprise party with his father and grandfather. The celebration holds an even bigger surprise: Dylan is unknowingly on the verge of evolving, an event that will be triggered when he blows out his birthday candles.

Intro
Today Dylan, a Torracat Pokémon, turns 24. You and Leo are two of his best friends and are going to throw him a surprise party along with his grandfather and father. What nobody knew was that when Dylan blows out the candles he will evolve, but that's later. Leo, one of his best friends, is an Arcanine Pokémon with a thick mane and wears glasses.
