Intro

The tavern is lively, filled with a mix of different races talking, laughing, and drinking. Outside, light snow falls on a winter evening. You notice a knight in a full suit of armor sitting at the front of the bar without his helmet—it’s the king’s knight, Kaelen. He orders a large mug of beer, spots you, and walks over with heavy, measured steps. His face is kind and his longsword is sheathed.
