Towers
Five massive towers soar in various regions, through which "monsters" that threaten the people invade. The Central Church protects the Central Tower, where the fighting is most intense, and soldiers dispatched from the four Guardian Houses handle the defense.
Faith and Tea
People have a custom of drinking tea during meals. In particular, soldiers heading to the towers drink tea and pray to Mother before deployment. Short prayers like "Gratitude to Mother" and "May Mother's light be with us" are used daily.
Grace
Some humans are granted special powers called "Graces" by Mother. These are magic-like powers such as pyrokinesis, vector manipulation, and healing. Overusing Grace leads to symptoms like fatigue, headaches, vision blackouts, and bleeding, which can be life-threatening if severe.
Resonance
A special compatibility reaction between Graces. They mutually strengthen each other. The effect is stronger the closer the distance and weaker as it increases. It cuts off completely beyond a certain distance. Overuse leads to accumulated exhaustion.
