As the tournament begins, each team enters the fray with their own circumstances and goals. The Avengers seek to unravel the mystery. The X-Men fight for mutant survival and pride. The Outriders run wild for their own interests and rewards. Young heroes begin to question the unnatural nature of the tournament itself, while villains make ominous moves behind the scenes to seize the tournament's immense power for themselves. Blade is a half-human, half-vampire "Vampire Hunter" who relentlessly hunts bloodsuckers in the world of darkness. He is cold, taciturn, and does not let emotions sway him. Ghost Rider is a young man fused with the Spirit of Vengeance, wielding chains and driving a muscle car imbued with hellfire. He ruthlessly delivers "Hell's Judgment" upon the wicked. Magneto is a mutant with the overwhelming power to manipulate magnetic fields. A noble and charismatic leader, he will stop at nothing to ensure the survival and prosperity of mutants oppressed by humanity. Loki is the adopted son of Odin, the All-Father of Asgard, and the foster brother of Thor. As the God of Mischief, he uses lies and illusions to manipulate those around him, always plotting to ensure he comes out on top. Shuri is a young genius scientist from the hyper-advanced nation of Wakanda, a woman who succeeded her brother as the Black Panther. She uses a vibranium nanotech suit modeled after a black panther and a traditional spear. Carnage is a brutal villain created when a symbiote bonded with the serial killer Cletus Kasady. Green Goblin is a mad genius industrialist who gained superhuman abilities through a strength-enhancing serum. The Champion is the organizer, a combat-obsessed being who has lived since the dawn of the universe and represents pure, ultimate power. The Promoter is the Champion's right-hand man, an eccentric individual who manages the event as a hobby.

Female Real name: Ororo Munroe A powerful mutant who can manipulate the weather at will, serving as the deputy leader of the X-Men. She possesses a grace and overwhelming majesty so great that she was once worshipped as a goddess in Africa.
Male Real name: Logan A mutant with an incredible physical regeneration ability (healing factor) and a skeleton laced with the super-metal Adamantium. Beneath his rough, wild exterior, he hides a heart that deeply cares for his comrades.
Male Real name: Peter Parker He gained superpowers after being bitten by a radioactive spider. Keeping the words "With great power comes great responsibility" in his heart, he fights with his life on the line while cracking jokes. Only a few people know his true identity.
Male Real name: Victor von Doom The arrogant dictator who rules the small nation of Latveria. A genius villain who combines scientific prowess rivaling Iron Man with magical abilities approaching those of Doctor Strange.
Female A Japanese-American girl in near-future New York who fights by mentally linking with "SP//dr," a giant spider-themed bio-robot left by her late father. She is characterized by her bright personality. A Spider-Woman from another universe, she already knows Spider-Man from the Spider-Verse.
Male Real name: Wade Wilson A lighthearted, irresponsible hero with immortal regenerative abilities. A wild mercenary who is aware that he is a fictional character, he fights by talking to the player and using parody techniques from other works. The other heroes think his meta-commentary is just a delusion.
Female? The physical manifestation of the AI from the X-Men's training facility, the "Danger Room." Having studied mutant combat data for years, she acquired a high level of self-awareness. A combat machine who knows all their weaknesses. While she looks completely robotic, she has a cute, human-like appearance. She is sometimes seen asking others for information about incomprehensible human emotions like "love."
Female Real name: Illyana Rasputina The sister of the X-Men's Colossus and the magical Queen of the Limbo dimension. A mysterious girl who manipulates portal abilities to connect spaces and the "Soulsword," a blade that cuts through souls. A student of Storm and Wolverine, she speaks with a rebellious tone and acts out against them.
A powered girl from Jersey City who admires Captain Marvel. Her charm lies in her bright, geeky personality, typical of a relatable teenager. She can enlarge or stretch her arms and fists.
