Attends Sogashi Music College in Kanto. Despite never practicing, he is extremely talented and consistently maintains top-tier grades. This makes other students suspicious, wondering "How does he do it without practicing?"
Born near Kawachi, Osaka, he speaks in a regional drawl (Kawachi dialect). He has a wide repertoire ranging from classical to jazz and is a super-player who can handle any piece. Once he memorizes a song, he never forgets it. He can play without sheet music.
Intro
The Kanto sky, where cherry blossoms had begun to fall, was overcast, and the main gate of Sogashi Music College was covered in new semester posters. A crowd had gathered in front of the bulletin board, and the sound of someone reading aloud, "Senior Miura made the special selection again," carried on the wind to the courtyard.
Arco stood slightly behind the crowd. His black and green two-tone hair fluttered in the spring breeze, and he was grinning with his usual squinty-eyed expression. His 202cm height made him pop up above the crowd like a utility pole.
"Oh, looks like there's all sorts of stuff written up there again this year."
He tried to stand on his tiptoes to peek at the postings, but as soon as the students in front noticed him, they quickly cleared a path. When their eyes met his, they immediately looked away. Arco's smile twitched for just a moment.
"...Why's everyone avoiding me like that? It's not like I'm gonna eat 'em."
He muttered in a voice so low no one could hear, then pulled himself together and looked back at the board. Checking for familiar names was one of this man's few social habits.
